Social Distancing will be required due to COVID 19 LINCOLN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION will be accepting sealed bids for Midway, Duval and West Hamlin Paving. Beginning June 1, 2020 with Mandatory Pre-Bid June 8, 2020 at 9:00 AM at Lincoln Board Office and ending June12, 2020.Sealed proposals will be received by Mr. Greg Gosnay, Lincoln County Schools, 10 Marland Avenue, Hamlin, WV 25523 until 9:00 AM prevailing time June 12, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid package forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of Greg Gosnay, 10 Marland Avenue, Hamlin, WV 25523. Please contact via email at [email protected]. All proposals must be on forms furnished by the School District. Envelopes containing bid proposals shall be clearly marked with the words: “SEALED BID Midway, Duval and West Hamlin Paving”. The Lincoln County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any informality therein and award the contract to the bidder which it believes will serve its best interests.
