NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA PETITION NO.: 20-P-132 The Honorable Jara Howard, Judge JACLYNN RENEE’ CLUFF, Petitioner ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is a Petition filed by Jaclynn Renee’ Cluff, Petitioner, for a change of name. In the Petition, the Petitioner is seeking to have an Order entered by the Court formally changing her legal name to Jaclynn Renee’ Cluff, the name that the Petitioner has been known as and has used throughout her life, with Petitioner never having been known nor used the name of Jaclynn Renee’ Guyot, the name shown as her birth name in her Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Mississippi State Department of Health, Vital Records, after her birth on October 15, 1987. NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition for Change of Name of the Petitioner shall be brought on for hearing on July 28, 2020, at 11:15 a.m., before Judge Jara Howard, Sixth Family Court Circuit, Cabell County, West Virginia. It is ORDERED that anyone wishing to object to said Petition should appear at said hearing on said date and time.
