Ferguson Civil Action No.: 20-A-47 In the Matter of: THE PETITION OF GREGORY BLAKE CREASY AND MEGAN JOY CREASY FOR THE ADOPTION OF BOY RICHMOND, A INFANT MALE UNDER THE AGE OF TWELVE YEARS ORDER OF PUBLICATION NOTICE is hereby given that on the 28th day of May, 2020 a petition was filed by G.B.C. and M.J.C. in the Circuit Court of Cabell County, styled The Petition of G.B.C. and M.J.C. for the Adoption of B.R., an Infant Male Child Under the Age of Twelve Years, Cabell County Civil Action No.: 20-A-47, requesting an Order of the Court so granting the Petition for Adoption. Any persons desiring to object to the granting of said petition may do so by filing an objection in writing with the clerk in the above-styled manner, or by appearing at the final hearing to be held in this matter on AUGUST 14, 2020 at 9:30 A.M. before the Honorable Alfred E. Ferguson, Circuit Court Judge of Cabell County, West Virginia. This bearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. You are further advised that if an answer or appearance is not made by you at said hearing, thereafter judgment upon proper hearing and trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition, i.e. legal adoption of the minor child. Furthermore, any person(s) believing that he or she has parental rights to the subject minor child may be terminated in the proceeding. If said person upon whom notice is properly served fails to respond within the required time after its service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
