BELCHER, Respondent. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this action is to obtain a divorce pursuant to the previously filed Petition for Divorce. Wherein , Dawniell L. Belcher, the Respondent, is hereby notified that this matter shall come on for final hearing before the Honorable Patricia Keller, Judge of the Family Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on July 21, 2020 at the hour of 9:00 AM, in her courtroom located in at 744 Fourth Avenue, Suite 300, Huntington, West Virginia, at which time Dawniell L. Belcher or her representative may appear to defend her action. Dawniell Belcher is further notified that she may file an Answer or written defense to the Petition for Divorce within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice, by serving a copy of said Answer upon the Petitioners’ attorney Noel M. Olivero, Esquire, 652 Sixth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 and the Circuit Clerk of Cabell County, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, 25701, and that if she fails to respond she may not receive further notice of this proceeding. A copy of the Petition for Divorce may be obtained by Dawniell Belcher from the above referenced Circuit Clerk at her office located at the Cabell County Courthouse.
