Chiles IN RE: Winifred Stutler, AN ALLEGED PROTECTED PERSON NOTICE OF HEARING West Virginia Code: 44A-2-6 NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing on the petition filed in the above styled case, to determine whether a guardian and/or conservator should be appointed for the alleged Protected Person named above, will be held in the Circuit Court at the following location: 750 Fifth Ave., Cabell County Courthouse, Courtroom #3 in the city of Huntington, in the State of West Virginia, on the 15th day of July, 2020, at the hour of 4:30 P.M. THE ALLEGED PROTECTED PERSON IS HEREBY INFORMED: 1. You have the right to appear at the hearing. 2. You have the right to object to the proposed appointment. 3.
