LEGAL NOTICE June 8, 2020 The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Lighthouse Resources Inc., Huntington, Cabell County, CON File #20-2/3-11864-BH, for the development of a licensed behavioral health center with the purpose of providing Title XIX I/DD Waiver Services. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $10,000.
