Request for Qualifications Construction Manager at Risk Alderson Broaddus University 101 College Hill Drive, Philippi, West Virginia Rex Pyles Coliseum Structural Repairs The University is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk for the Rex Pyles Coliseum Structural Repairs. These repairs will take place over the next 3 to 5 years in phases and will include structural repairs to the wood glulam roof arched beams. New columns will be added as well as windows, exterior sheathing, interior masonry work, roof replacement, minor interior renovations and storm water piping. Pre-construction Services will be required. The project is funded in part by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the University. Sealed qualifications will be received by Omni Associates-Architects, Inc. at 207 Jefferson Street, Fairmont, WV, 26554, until 2:00 PM E.S.T. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020. Once it has been determined that all statements of qualifications have been submitted in accordance with the requirements listed in the full copy of the RFQ, a selection committee will evaluate the submissions.
