Said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of Appalachian Power Company situate, lying, and being in Boone County, Peytona District, West Virginia, and identified as Tax Map 12, Parcel 1, and recorded in Deed Book No. 301, at page 328, in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Boone County, West Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: 1147.78 FEE, BULL CR. & WELCHES BR – 1 HSES & TRL. SITE PARCEL NO. 2 A tract of land described on the landbooks of Boone County, Peytona District, West Virginia, as two tracts (i) one containing 904 acres, more or less, and (ii) one containing 19 acres, more or less, owned in fee by Broun and Cochran (original predecessors in title to the Kanawha Valley Bank), but containing 1160.12 (1141.37 + 18.75) acres according to a survey made by John C. Child and described in a Deed of Trust dated January 12, 1924, from Philip S. Powers and Anne Conway Powers to Central Trust Company, of record in said clerk’s office.
