CRAIG, ELDER AID SERVICES, LLC, D/B/A RIGHT AT HOME, A WEST VIRGINIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DESCENDENTS OF JOHN MACKINLAY CRAIG, ELIZABETH BEVERIDGE CRAIG AND WILLIAM RANKIN CRAIG, DECEASED, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES DEFENDANTS. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of above styled civil action is quiet Plaintiff’s title to a parcel of real estate situate in Charleston East District of Kanawha County, West Virginia described as: Beginning at a point in the southerly right of way line of Virginia Street East and in the northerly common corner of the property hereby conveyed and the adjoining lot formerly conveyed to E. W. Staunton and F. M. Staunton by O. F. Payne and Mary E. Payne, his wife; thence with the said southerly line of Virginia Street, S 59 06′ E 50 feet to a point in said line; thence leaving said southerly line of Virginia Street and traveling towards Kanawha River, S 42 12′ W 120 feet to a pin; thence with a line parallel to the said southerly line of Virginia Street N 59 06′ W 50 feet to the southerly common corner of the property hereby conveyed and the aforementioned lot so conveyed to E. W. Staunton and F. M. Staunton; thence towards Virginia street and with the easterly line of the property last mentioned N 42 12′ E 150 feet to the place of beginning, and including the rights contained in that certain joint driveway agreement between Helen S. Schwab and E. F. Joachim, dated June 3, 1926, of record in the Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 300 at page 590. Reference to the aforementioned plat, deed and agreement is made for all pertinent purposes and being the same property conveyed by deed dated March 2, 2007 from Latelle M. La Follette, IV and A. Kirsten La Follette to John M. Craig and Elizabeth B. Craig as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 2683 at page 608 and also the same as conveyed by Vera J. McCormick, Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, by deed dated April 11, 2018 of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 2998 at page 242 and which property has a street address of 1521 Virginia Street East, Charleston, West Virginia 25311. And it appearing from Affidavit filed in said action that there may be interest holders in the above described property whose names and whereabouts are unknown to the Plaintiff. It is therefore ORDERED that the above named Defendants, together with any unknown persons holding interest in the above described estate serve upon John E. Dorsey, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 407 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302, on or before July 16, 2020, an answer to the complaint herein filed, otherwise, judgment by default may be taken against the Defendant, and said unknown parties at any time thereafter.
