ORDER OF PUBLICATION Plaintiff seeks to obtain free and clear of any right, title, and interest of the Defendants, to that certain piece and parcel of land situate in Putnam County, West Virginia, which is known and identified for assessment and taxation purposes as: .25 Ac Trace Fork, Curry District, Tax Map 251, Parcel 0032 0015 6002 It appearing by an affidavit of record in this civil action that the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of some of the Defendants, without success, it is hereby ORDERED, that Defendants named hereinabove serve upon William G. Jones, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1002 Third Avenue, P. O. Box 1835, Huntington, West Virginia 25719, an answer or other defense to the Complaint initiating this civil action on or before the 18th day of July, 2020, otherwise judgement by default will be taken against Defendants at any time thereafter.
