NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an amended and restated lease agreement between the City of South Charleston and Herbert J. Thomas Memorial Hospital Association regarding parcels of land and facilities at and near Thomas Memorial Hospital, 4605 MacCorkle Avenue SW in the City’s Spring Hill district, will be subject for discussion and approval during the regular meeting of the Council of the City of South Charleston beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2020, in the City Council Chambers located at City Hall, 401 D Street, South Charleston. All interested persons may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the lease.
