NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by RUTH A. RICE to K. E. MCGINNIS and J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 15TH day of JANUARY, 2010, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2315, at page 418, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 3RD day of JUNE, 2020, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 404, at page 201, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on JULY 29, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of ground situate in the City of Huntington, on that part that was formerly known as Central City, Cabell County, West Virginia, and known and designated upon that certain map of the Subdivision of the John Trenear Estate made by Leete & Maupin, Engineers, which map was recorded in the Cabell County Commission Clerk’s office, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 121, at page 106, as Lot Number Twenty-two (22), in Block Number Sixty-one (61).
