NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by RUTH A. RICE to K. E. MCGINNIS and J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 15TH day of JANUARY, 2010, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2315, at page 418, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 3RD day of JUNE, 2020, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 404, at page 201, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E.
