NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee b that cenain Deed of Trust executed by Charles E. Henry, II (a.k.a. Charles E. Henry), and Ona Henry, to W. Merton Prunty and Bernard T. Nibert, II, Trustees, dated the 7th day of January, 2008, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2201, Pg. 147, which conveyed unto the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate to secure the payment of that certain indebtedness set out and described therein, and by Substitution of Trustee Agreement dated the lst day of June, 2020, and recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Bonds , Contracts and Leases Book No. 404, Pg. 387, herein the undersigned Trustee was appointed as successor to W. Merton Prunty and Bernard T. Nibert, II, Trustees, and default having been made pursuant to said Deed of Trust, said Successor Trustee, Paul J. Prunty as Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said indebtedness, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on Thursday, the 16th day of July, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the east front door of the Courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, the real estate commonly known as 1704 18th Street, Huntington, West Virginia, and described as follows: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of real estate situate in Huntington, Cabell County West Virginia, known and designated on a map of a subdi ision of lands in said City of Huntington, known as KITE ADDITION , which map was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on July 5, 1919 and recorded therein in Deed Book 164, at Page 169, as LOT NO. 2. TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, subject to real property taxes assessed and unpaid against said property.
