No.: WVR110612 Applicant: TRITON CONSTRUCTION, INC. 1944 WINFIELD ROAD SAINT ALBANS, WV 25177 Location: BARBOURSVILLE, CABELL COUNTY Latitude: 38:25:14 Longitude: 82:17:38 Receiving Stream: Merrick Creek of Mud River of Lower Guyandotte River Activity: To operate and maintain a treatment and disposal system and best management practices for the direct discharge of treated stormwater associated with construction activities via multiple outlets to Merritts Creek of Mud River and to Mud River of Guyandotte River. Business conducted: Earth disturbance of 79 acres to widen US I-64 in Cabell County between mm17.40 and 20.50 to construct two additional lanes in each direction and replace 5 bridges. Implementation: N/A On the basis of review of the application the “Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a)),” and the “West Virginia Legislative Rules,” the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the site registration permit application and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice. The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree of public interest on issues relevant to the site registration permit application and this facility’s coverage under the General Permit.
