LEGAL NOTICE RFB 21044 ROOF RESTORATION ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY CENTER NEW RIVER COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE GHENT, WV Community and Technical College System of WV invites proposals to provide all Work including, but not limited to, labor, material, equipment supplies and transportation for all work including but not limited to, refurbishing of existing metal fascia, repair of existing built-in gutters, and application of new elastomeric coating system at the New River Community and Technical College Advanced Technology Center, Ghent, WV. Bids must be submitted in accordance with Bidding Documents issued by the Architect and the Form of Proposal. Bidding Documents may be obtained from: Bastian & Harris, Architects 300 Summers Street, Suite 1200 Charleston, WV 25301-1630 A $100.00 deposit (made out to Bastian & Harris, Architects) is required for each set. General Contractors are limited to two (2) sets each; and subcontractors and major suppliers are limited to one (1) set each. Deposits will be returned to Bidders who submit a bona fide Bid and return the Bidding Documents, in good condition, within ten (10) days following the Bid Opening. Bidders, subcontractors, major material suppliers, and minor suppliers may procure additional sets at actual cost. Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents in PDF format on a CD for a nonrefundable fee of $50. Only complete sets will be issued. A Mandatory Prebid meeting is scheduled for Time: 10:00 am Date: July 15, 2020 Place: New River Community and Technical College Advanced Technology Center 527 Odd Road Ghent, WV 25843 Attendance is mandatory. All Prime Contractors and / or Roofing Contractors bidding the project must attend the Prebid meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Subcontractors and material suppliers are encouraged to attend. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified.
