Sealed bids for the Telecommunication Towers Sites BB3, BB60, and BB62 project will be received by Upshur County Development Authority, 30 East Main Street, Buckhannon, West Virginia 26201, until 2:00 P.M., L.P.T., on June 18, 2019 for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid and Bid Schedule (Form of Proposal and Unit Price Bid Form), General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, AML Provisions, Specification Special Conditions, Technical Specifications and Plans (Drawings) prepared by Potesta & Associates, Inc., and all addenda issued prior to receipt of Bids.
