PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BUFFALO BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION PROPOSAL STORM SEWER PROJECTS Monday, August 3, 2020, 6:45 P.M. Buffalo Council Chambers, Buffalo, WV The Town of Buffalo has chosen the 1) Timms Street, Mona Street and Ida Street Storm Sewer Project to the Kanawha River and the 2) Timms Street, Birch Lane, Maple Street and 6th Avenue Storm Sewer Project as their projects to apply for HUD-Small Cities Block Grant funds administered by the State of West Virginia. The Town will conduct a public hearing to obtain the views and comments concerning this and all other projects by the citizens of the Town concerning community development and housing needs and the needs of low and moderate income persons. The Town will consider all views and comments when it submits its block grant proposal to the State of West Virginia. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday August 3rd, 2020 at 6:45 p.m.., at the Town of Buffalo Council Chambers, Buffalo WV.
