NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FINANCING OF EQUIPMENT BY: The Eleanor Community Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Eleanor Community Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. located in Eleanor, WV will meet on July 30, 2020 at 12:00 noon for the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, on a proposal that the issuer enter into a Lease-Purchase Agreement in order to finance a Sutphen Custom Pumper, to be located at 600 Roosevelt Boulevard. To finance the costs of such equipment and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into a loan agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $450,000. The rental payments due pursuant to the loan agreement will be secured by a security interest in the equipment.
