ST. ALBANS MUNICIPAL UTILITY COMMISSION KANAWHA COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CCTV SEWER PIPE INSPECTION EQUIPMENT JULY 2020 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by the St. Albans Municipal Utility Commission, 1499 MacCorkle Avenue, St. Albans, West Virginia 25177, at the specified dates and times for the following work: Truck chassis mounted CCTV Sewer Pipe Inspection Equipment Bid, until 3:00 P.M., L.P.T., August 13, 2020. Following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals that have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of this project will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work to be bid upon is described as follows: CCTV SEWER Pipe Inspection Equipment Bid Bids shall be received by the St. Albans Municipal Utility Commission for furnishing and delivering CCTV Sewer Pipe Inspection Equipment chassis mounted on a 2020/21 Ford Transit 350 Heavy Duty High Roof Extended Cargo Van or E Series Cut Away with High Roof Box. The steerable camera crawler assembly must have an application range from 6″ to 60″ pipe. The equipment supplied shall be a new, unused, and current year production model equipped as described in the Specifications. Bidders shall submit a base price less any government discounts available. Interested bidders can obtain bid documents from Chapman Technical Group. Any questions about the meaning, the intent or the specification must be inquired into by the Bidder in writing by 4:00 PM, August 4, 2020. FAX or email all questions to Robert G. There is no cost for the Equipment Bid specifications. Each Bid for the CCTV Sewer Pipe Inspection Equipment shall be submitted on the Bidder’s standard equipment bid proposal format and included in a sealed envelope if mailed with the following information written on the outside of the envelope: CCTV Sewer Pipe Inspection Equipment Bid “Name and Address of Bidder”, St. Albans Municipal Utility Service, Bid on CCTV Sewer Pipe Inspection Equipment, to be opened at 3:00 P.M., L.P.T., August 13, 2020. Electronic bid submission is acceptable as long as such is received by 2:00 P.M., L.P.T., August 13, 2020 and shall be submitted to [email protected]. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
