Shawn Lane 2334 Washington St. West Charleston, WV 25312 Defendant Civil Action No. 20-M20C-00866 The object of the above entitled action is for breach of a warranty or leasehold covenant has occurred, and to obtain possession of the residence at 2334 Washington St. West Charleston, WV 25312, and to obtain past due rent in the amount of $1,000.00 and penalties in teh amount of $5.00 each day being late in payment and any damages exceeding the $500.00 security deposit. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located, and there are or may be persons, other than those named in the complaint as plaintiff and defendant, interested in the subject matter of the action, whose names are unknown to the plaintiff and who are made defendant’s by the general description of unknown defendants. It is ordered that Shawn Lane do serve upon KANAWHA COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT, magistrate, whose address is 111 COURT ST CHARLESTON WV 25301, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Shawn Lane at any time thereafter.
