Invitation to Bid MU21CHILLERS Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for Chiller Maintenance and Repair Services. This is a Comprehensive Annual/Semi/ Annual/Monthly Service that includes predicative maintenance, preventative maintenance and systematic inspection that provides in part – adjustments, cleaning lubrication, repairs, and parts replacements of all equipment included in the bidding documents, at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., LPT on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, via Zoom at the following link: https://marshall.zoom.us/j/98685970205. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified. A Site Inspection will also be held on Thursday, August 6, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. LPT, only for those vendors who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting. The Site Inspection is not mandatory and will be discussed during the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 p.m., LPT, on Monday, August 17, 2020. The bid opening will be broadcast via Zoom at the following link: https: //marshall.zoom.us/j/95881552933.
