Invitation to Bid MU21HVACCHILL The Marshall University Office of Purchasing, on behalf of the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine (SOM), invites sealed bids to establish a Chiller and HVAC full service comprehensive contract. The successful vendor must furnish all supervision, labor materials, equipment, tools, chemicals, refrigerants, transportation, and all effort necessary to complete the scope of work outlined in the bidding documents, at SOM’s five locations in Huntington, WV, and one location in Chapmanville, WV. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., LPT on Wednesday, August 6, 2020, via Zoom at the following link: Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified. A Site Inspection will also be held on Friday, August 7, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. LPT, only for those vendors who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting. The Site Inspection is not mandatory and will be discussed during the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
