ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above entitled action is to request quieting of title to certain real estate situate and being in the Charleston East District, Kanawha County, West Virginia formerly owned by Barbara Ann Huffman and being described as follows: LT 2 BK C JOHNSON AND 40X135 And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that certain of the named defendants in this civil action are either unknown or could not be located for service of process within the State of West Virginia, it is ordered that the Defendants do serve upon Joseph T. Johns, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 216 Brooks Street, Suite 200, Charleston, West Virginia 25301, an answer or those defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
