NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by JASON T. PAINTER to K. E. MCGINNIS and J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 30TH day of JUNE, 2011, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2387, at page 632, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 1ST day of MARCH, 2018, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 393, at page 213, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on SEPTEMBER 16, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot or parcel of land, together with any improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated on a map of CENTRAL CITY, now a part of the City of Huntington, which map was made by George McKendree, Civil Engineer, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on October 3, 1891, as LOT NUMBER TEN (10) and the EAST 8.33 FEET of LOT NUMBER NINE (9), in BLOCK NUMBER FORTY-EIGHT (48).
