REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Mingo County Commission, 78 East 2nd Ave, Room 308, Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the following: A design/build project to construct a watercraft entrance along the Tug River in Kermit, West Virginia. Interested parties must be legally licensed to do business in West Virginia and be able to provide copies of all required licenses and insurances. A mandatory site visit will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, Aug. 21, 2020 at Kermit City Hall, 101 Main Street, Kermit, West Virginia and will proceed to the construction site.
