Notice to Creditors, Distributees & Legatees I have before me the proposed final settlement of estates of the following deceased persons, which shall be presented to the County Commission of Kanawha County, at the Courthouse, in the City of Charleston, West Virginia on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 5:00 for their approval which settlement have been presented to me by the Fiduciary of such estate and which proposed settlements I have approved as indicated below; Estate: Giles Lee Carter Fiduciary: Connie Craze as Administratrix Estate: Michael David Miller Fiduciary: V. Any persons having an interest in the estate of any such person, may appear before the County Commission at the time thereupon protect their interest as they may appear or else may forever thereafter be barred from asserting such interest.
