LEGAL NOTICE A hearing was held before the Honorable Derek C. Swope, Judge of the Circuit Court of Mercer County, WV on August 11, 2020, upon Guardian ad Litem, John E. Williams, Jr., Esq’s petition to reopen Case No. 17-JA-167-DS regarding infant child, J.T., and to modify the disposition and request the WV DHHR file a supplemental petition in said matter. Based on the evidence presented the Circuit Court ordered said case be reopened and set the matter for a final hearing on September 14, 2020 at 12:00 noon and reappointed the Public Defender’s Office, Princeton, WV (304) 487-2543, to represent the biological mother of J.T., Kimberly Murdock Miller of the above said hearing date.
