SOLICITATION FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES NEW OFFICE BUILDING FOR PUTNAM PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT SCOTT DEPOT, WEST VIRGINIA Pursuant to WV Code 5G, the Putnam Public Service District is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified firms to provide professional Construction Management Services (the Services) for site work and construction of a new office building to be located on property located on Carls Lane in Scott Depot, West Virginia. The building is a single-story 7,060, square foot structure. Total combined probable costs for the Work is $2,000,000.00. Construction documents are nearing completion. The site documents are being prepared by Calhoun Engineering. The Architect/Engineer for the project is Aric Margolis Architecture/Harper Engineering. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner, in consultation with the Architect, reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive all informalities in the solicitation process, and to make a selection from the submissions received that is solely in the best interest of the Owner. A short list from responses received will be established by the Owner and the Architect. The Owner intends to perform interviews as required on Thursday, September 24, 2020 and select a Construction Manager as timely as possible following the interviews. Construction documents will be provided upon request to the short list of firms for their review. A single construction management firm will be retained to provide the Services for the entire Project.
