And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that even after using due diligence, the plaintiff was unable to discover the residence or the whereabouts of the defendant, & the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service was twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located. It is ordered that James Johnson & All Other Occupants do serve upon KANAWHA COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT, magistrate, whose address is 111 COURT ST CHARLESTON WV 25301, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against James Johnson & All Other Occupants at any time thereafter.
