NOTICE OF FILING On July 9, 2020, Carl Dewey Cavender, Jr., Nathan Cavender and John Paul Cavender, as Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship, dba West Side Garbage Company (West Side) and N&P Trucking LLC (N&P) jointly requested consent from the Public Service Commission of West Virginia for the transfer of certain assets owned by West Side along with the applicable operating authority to N&P. West Side currently provides solid waste collection services in a portion of Kanawha County.
