Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for R2100579 – Old Main Upgrades-East End Re-roofing, at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. The scope of work will include replacement of existing asphalt shingles and underlayment from the east wing of Old Main. Also, the project includes providing new underlayment, ice and water shield, flashing, built-in gutter liner, and new asphalt shingles for complete re-roof installation A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., LPT on, September 10, 2020. via Zoom at the following link: https://marshall.zoom.us/j/92832295059. Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: Roofing Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified. Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 p.m., LPT, on September 24, 2020.
