LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF CHARLESTON PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Charleston City Council, on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., which will be held virtually using the Zoom platform, on a proposed lease/purchase agreement of property located at 1310 Smith Street, to DHF, LLC for use as an outdoor showroom or unit storage space. This notice is being provided pursuant to West Virginia Code 8-12-18(c) and City of Charleston Municipal Code Section 3-14. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed lease agreement by calling the City Clerk’s Office before 6:00 p.m. on September 8, 2020, at 304-348-8179. A copy of the resolution may be inspected in the City Clerk’s Office beginning Monday, August 24, 2020, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling in advance or may be sent by e-mail upon request made to [email protected].
