AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Mountaineer Gas Company has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for an emergency generator located on 2800 7th Avenue, Charleston, in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.376982, -81.679431. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Nitric Oxide (NOx) – 1.12 tpy; Carbon Monoxide (CO) – 17.16 tpy; Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) – 0.03 tpy; Particulate Matter (PM10) – 0.01 tpy; and Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) – 0.01 tpy. Startup of operation began approximately in November 2015.
