INVITATION FOR BIDS CHARLESTON – KANAWHA HOUSING Contract 20-08 Administrative Office Building Renovations CHARLESTON-KANAWHA HOUSING, Charleston, West Virginia will receive sealed bids for its ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE BUILDING RENOVATIONS PROJECT until 2:00 PM EST on the 15th day of October 2020, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of renovations to the existing administrative office building including but not limited to interior demo, new interior drywall partitions, flooring, ceilings, doors, painting, HVAC, electrical renovations, etc. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in building renovation projects.
