The proposed private property tracts are described as follows: Bakers Fork Road North Annex Tax Map 59 Parcel 7, Map 60 Parcels 1 and 1.4; Smith Road South Charleston Tax Map 81 Parcels 7, 8 and 9; Lance Drive North Charleston Tax Map 50 Parcel 4.
