The applicant estimates the total increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Volatile Organic Compounds – 5.58 tons per year, Toluene – 0.06 tons per year, and Total Hazardous Air Pollutants – 0.22 tons per year. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the first day of January, 2021.
