No.: WVR110825 Applicant: TRITON CONSTRUCTION, INC. 1944 WINFIELD ROAD SAINT ALBANS, WV 25177 Location: BARBOURSVILLE, CABELL COUNTY Latitude: 38:24:58 Longitude: 82:16:25 Receiving Stream: Unnamed Trib/Lower Mud River/Lower Guyandotte/Ohio Activity: To operate and maintain a treatment and disposal system and best management practices for the direct discharge of treated storm water associated with construction activities via outlet to Unnamed Tributary of Mud River of Guyandotte River. Business conducted: Earth disturbance of 4.20 acres to be used to deposit excess soil and rock from the adjacent I-64 Widening Project. The site is located west ofmm 18.00 ofl-64 along Coalwood Road. Implementation: N/A On the basis ofreview of the application the “Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 22, Article 11-8(a)),” and the “West Virginia Legislative Rules,” the State of West Virginia will act on the above application. Any interested person may submit written comments on the site registration permit application and may request a public hearing by addressing such to the Director of the Division of Water and Waste Management within 30 days of the date of the public notice. Comments received within this period will be considered prior to acting on the permit application. The Director shall hold a public hearing whenever a finding is made, on the basis of requests, that there is a significant degree of public interest on issues relevant to the site registration permit application and this facility’s coverage under the General Permit.
