Beverly Sexton (Biological Mother) and John Doe (Biological Father) Regarding Petition for Appointment of Guardian filed in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia. Civil Action No. 20-FIG-106 ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is a Petition for Guardianship. It appearing that the whereabouts of the birth father, John Doe, is unknown to the Petitioners. It appearing to the Court that the child is a proper subject guardianship, it is therefore ORDERED and DECREED that the matter shall be brought for hearing before the Honorable Joseph Zak, of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, Kanawha County Courthouse, Judicial Annex, 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV at 2:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard on the 8th day of October, 2020, at which time the Petitioner and any witnesses shall be examined under oath. A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office located at the Kanawha County Circuit Clerk, 111 Court Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301.
