REQUEST FOR BID NUMBER WVSOM-21-B-002 (RFB) WEST VIRGINIA SCHOOL OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE NEW CENTER FOR RURAL AND COMMUNITY HEALTH West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Board of Governors on behalf of WVSOM located at 400 Lee Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901 is soliciting competitive firm fixed priced bids from qualified Contractors for the New Center for Rural and Community Health GENERAL SCOPE: Renovate the existing Bookstore and Student Lounge on the 2nd Floor of the Main Building into general office space for the Center for Rural and Community Health. The RFB will be issued on or about October 6, 2020. A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held Friday, 09 OCTOBER 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the WVSOM 1st Year Classroom, WVSOM Main Building. All interested Contractors (Prime Contractors) are required to be represented at this meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project location, site conditions and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend, their Bid will be disqualified.
