The object of the above entitled action is to quiet title to real estate in favor of the plaintiffs, thereby extinguishing any claim(s) of any legal interest in the subject real estate which might be claimed by any other party or person. The subject real estate is located at 744 Lee Street, Barboursville, Cabell County, West Virginia. Plaintiffs seek an order of the court that they are the sole owners of the subject premises, having purchased the same on October 9, 2003, and having enjoyed sole and exclusive possession of the entire premises for a period exceeding ten (10) consecutive years. 2. It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the plaintiffs have been unable to locate and/or serve process upon the respondents and/or their heirs in this civil action. 3.
