PUBLIC HEARING The Village of Barboursville will hold a public hearing on October 20, 2020 at 6:00p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to discuss Barboursville’s planned Wastewater System Improvements Project. Funding for the project will come from the WV Department of Environmental Protection, and other state and federal agencies. The public hearing will be held at the Barboursville Community Center at 721 Central Avenue, Barboursville, WV 25504. All persons having an interest in this project or wishing to express their views are encouraged to submit written comments to the Village of Barboursville, 721 Central Avenue, Barboursville, WV 25504 by October 20, 2020.
