Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for R2100917 – Memorial Student Center Elevator Upgrade, at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. The scope of work will include replacement of the existing cab. The project also includes providing an emergency return unit to lower the elevator to the lowest landing in the event of power failure and providing all stainless-steel finishes in the cab interior.
