NOTICE OF WRONGFUL DEATH SETTLEMENT The Estate of Brittany Michelle Alderson, f/k/a Brittany Henson, provides this notice to Gordon Wiggins and all other heirs and potential statutory beneficiaries. The Estate has resolved claims arising out of the wrongful death of Brittany Michelle Alderson. A hearing to approve the settlement has been set in the Circuit Court of Nicholas County, West Virginia, located at 700 Main Street, Summersville, West Virginia on November 17, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Gordon Wiggins, all other heirs and potential statutory beneficiaries may appear at the hearing to assert any claims they may have.
