ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Williamson Shriver Architects Project #2018-039 The City of South Charleston, South Charleston, WV will receive bids for a new South Charleston Fire Station No. 5 / Washington District Community Center until 11:00 a.m., local prevailing time on the 4th day of November, 2020, at the office of South Charleston City Hall, Council Chambers, located at Fourth Avenue and D Street, South Charleston, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for October 22, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. Labelle Theater, located at 313 D Street, South Charleston, WV. A site visit will be conducted following the meeting. The contract documents are available only from the architect’s Project Management Website.
