Bid Request The Village of Barboursville is now accepting bids on the following equipment: twenty-two (22) Ballistics helmets and carry cases, twenty-two (22) Nikon water-proof binoculars, one (1) Light amplification and one (1) thermal imaging equipment. All items must meet the Federal Code Regulations. Sealed bids will be accepted for “Officer Safety Equipment” in the Recorders office at 721 Central Avenue, Barboursville, WV, between 8AM and 4PM Monday thru Friday, October 19 thru November 4, 2020. The office will be closed on November 3, 2020 for the General Election. The Village of Barboursville reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids. Specifications may be picked up in the Recorders office. Bids will be opened on November 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the office of the Recorder.
