NOTICE BEFORE THE UNSAFE BUILDINGS COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON, CABELL AND WAYNE COUNTIES, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: LADD PROPERTIES 6016 LAKE BONITA ROAD, CATLETTSBURG, KENTUCKY 41129 PROPERTY: 414-416 9TH STREET WEST, HUNTINGTON, WEST VIRGINIA ORDER OF CONTINUANCE On Thursday, the 10th day of September, 2020, the Unsafe Buildings Commission of the City of Huntington came on for hearing as provided by Article 1739 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Huntington, as revised. After discussion upon the matter, the Commission fund that the property located at 414-416 9TH STREET WEST, within the City of Huntington, be continued and placed upon the Agenda of the NOVEMBER 12, 2020 meeting of the Unsafe Buildings Commission. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that pursuant to Article 1739 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Huntington, as revised, the matter of the structure located at 414-416 9TH STREET WEST and owned by LADD PROPERTIES will come on for hearing on Thursday, the 12th day of November, 2020 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the City Council Chambers, located inside City Hall, 800 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701, at which time the property owners may be present to protect their interest, if they so desire.
