Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to establish a contract for on behalf of the Physical Plant for MU21HVACSYSTS – full-service inspection, maintenance, and repair services for VRV, VRF and MAU HVAC Systems at Marshall University, Huntington, WV.
