Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to establish a contract for on behalf of the Physical Plant for MU21HVACSYSTS – full-service inspection, maintenance, and repair services for VRV, VRF and MAU HVAC Systems at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. The scope of work includes a comprehensive Annual / Semi-Annual / Quarterly Service which includes predictive and preventative maintenance, and systematic inspection that provides in part, adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, repair and parts replacement of equipment.All technical questions must be submitted in writing to Angela White Negley via email at [email protected] 9:00 a.m., LPT on October 30, 2020.Sealed bids shall be accepted until 3:00 p.m., LPT, on November 16, 2020.
