NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated February 18, 2011, from David L. Medley, Jr. and Melissa D. Medley to Casie McGee, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 3788, at page 632, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $77,227.87, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Kanawha County Courthouse in Charleston, West Virginia, on November 18, 2020 at 10:15 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the waters of Fields Creek, in Cabin Creek District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, and known and designated as Lot No. Ninety (90), Section Four of McBride Addition, as shown upon a map of the same, dated April, 1955, made by James Sell, C.E., and recorded in said Clerk’s office. There is excepted and reserved from this conveyance the southerly part of Lot 90, beginning at a point in the west right of way line of the Winifrede Railroad, said point being 30 feet west of the centerline of the said Railroad and being the common east corner of Lots 88 and 90 of the McBride Addition, Section Four, and running with the common line of the said Lots N. 88 00′ W. 95 feet to a point on the west side of a roadway which crosses the said lot 90; thence with the west side of the said roadway on a curve to the left having a radius of 75 feet, the chord distance being N. 2 00′ E. 100 feet to a point in the common line of Lots 90 and 92; thence with the said common line of said Lots 90 and 92 S 88 00′ E. 118 feet to a point in the said Winifrede Railroad right of way line; thence with the said right of way line southerly 100 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.23 acres more or less. Being the same property conveyed from Juanita Medley to David L. Medley Jr. and Melissa D. Medley by Deed dated February 18, 2011, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 2788, at page 335. Terms of the sale: Ten percent nonrefundable cash deposit due at sale.
