NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT REGARDING RULES GOVERNING SEWER UTILITIES and RULES GOVERNING WATER UTILITIES The Public Service Commission of West Virginia is considering modifying the rules related to the provision of water and sewer utility service. The proposed modifications pertain to See Proposed Rules Governing Sewer Utilities and Proposed Rules Governing Water Utilities available on the Commission website: www.psc.state.wv.us under the Case Information tab using the above General Order numbers.
