AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Mountaineer Gas Company has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a compressor station located on Two Mile Creek Rd., Milton, in Cabell County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.384, -82.1414. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: Nitric Oxide (NOx) – 5.72 tpy; Carbon Monoxide (CO) – 4.00 tpy; Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) – 1.43 tpy; Particulate Matter (PM10) – 0.01 tpy; and Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) – 0.01 tpy. Startup of operation began approximately in December of 2015. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
